Starry Night Cardigan

Suns, crescent moons and stars, set out in turquoise windows on a navy night. Read across the body, they become a calendar of skies, day and night side by side, as though time had been folded into a single garment. It has the playful seriousness of a children's book drawn by someone grown. The front falls open from a V and ties once at the chest, and the sleeves flare wide at the wrist. Wear this cardigan loose over a tee on a summer evening that turns cool. The crochet is light enough to breathe. Each square is made by hand, so the sky shifts a little every time.
