How to request an order

Open a product page, select the listed option and quantity, and add it to your bag. You can send a single-piece inquiry with Buy It Now or request multiple pieces from the Shopping Bag. Both prepare an email draft. Review and send the message from your own email app.

Availability and acceptance

The catalog is not live inventory. We confirm availability, product options, delivery destination and final charges in writing. An inquiry does not reserve merchandise or create an accepted order. Do not make a payment until the actual order and payment arrangements have been agreed.

Destination, shipping charges and tax

Include your delivery city, state and country in an inquiry. Shipping coverage, carrier, service, charges and applicable taxes depend on the proposed order and destination. The bag subtotal excludes these charges. There is no automatic free-shipping offer on this site.

Processing and delivery timing

Processing time, shipment timing and any estimated transit time are confirmed for the actual order. The catalog does not promise a universal dispatch window. Delivery estimates may be affected by the carrier, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

International inquiries

Contact us to ask whether shipment to your destination can be arranged. Where applicable, customs charges, import taxes and responsibilities must be clarified before an order is accepted. Do not assume international coverage from the availability of this website.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking is available for an agreed shipment, it will be shared through the order communication. Contact us with the order reference if a shipment appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Keep relevant packaging and photos while the issue is reviewed.

Changes, cancellations and pickup

Request a change or cancellation promptly; whether it is possible depends on the actual order stage and its agreed terms. Pickup or an in-person visit must be arranged in advance and is not automatically offered for every order.
