Balaclava – Sand & Plum

Plums ripening against a warm stone wall. Lilac and deep plum rounds alternate across a sand ground, and a plum edge finishes the face and neck like a line of ink under a signature. Tonal, quiet from a distance, rich and detailed up close: the sort of balaclava you notice properly on the second look. Wear it with grey marl, cream wool or a long camel coat. The hood is deep at the neck so the throat stays warm, open at the face, and pulls straight on. Large squares are crocheted one at a time and joined by hand.
