Patchwork Shoulder Bag – Grey — Style P021

Quiet grey around every square, and inside each one, a different sun. Plum, teal, rust, orange and mustard: the bag is a small catalogue of warm colour, kept from shouting by the dove-grey ground that frames it all. A little metal stud at the front V catches the light. It slouches into a soft hobo on a single strap, roomy enough for a notebook, a cardigan and the day's small things. Light on the shoulder, the organic cotton blend lets air move through. Each square is crocheted separately by women artisans and joined by hand, which is why no two match, and why that is the point.
