Aure Long Cardigan

Think of stained glass, with the lead lines in black and the colour held between them. Each square fires off its own small sunburst, pink against purple, orange against green, and the dark lattice keeps the whole thing calm enough to wear every day. It hangs open from the shoulder with nothing to fasten, long in the sleeve, made to go over a plain white tee and blue jeans and change both of them. The crochet is dense and warm in the hand, the organic cotton blend still breathable. Anatolian hands work it square by square, so the colours never repeat in the same order.
