Patchwork Vest

No square agrees with the next, and one cream thread holds them all in the same conversation. Green, orange, blue, pink and a flash of red sit block by block, and here and there a flower rises from the surface, white petals open as if just woken. The blocks of colour give the vest the feel of a well-loved quilt. Open over a tee or a long sleeve, it hangs loose; fasten the small wooden buttons for a neater line. Organic cotton blend, easy in movement and cool to wear. Worked by hand, the mix of squares never settles into the same pattern.
